A truly Africa wide ICT
Awards programme, endorsed by Nepad, the African ICT
Achievers Programme, has at its core a central
theme, one that touches the lives of all Africans,
namely to “Make the African Century a Reality”.
Since its inception
in 1998, the African ICT Achievers Programme has
built a strong foundation of recognition and reward
for those ICT individuals and organisations who have
made a difference to the ICT industry in Africa.
They must have proven
achievement in business excellence , innovation,
entrepreneurship or through having touched the lives
of others less fortunate. They must also have proven
that their interaction continues to leverage ICTs to
make a difference across our continent.
