Dr Adesina Iluyemi works for the NEPAD Council, United Kingdom/European Commission is a dentist by training with almost three years postgraduate working experiences in a teaching hospital in Nigeria with postgraduate Royal College of Surgeons, England Diploma in Dental Public Health Also a Young Fellow of The Royal Society of Medicine, Full Member of the Association for Healthcare Technology and Management and a member of International Society for Telemedicine and eHealth. He is also an Observer to International Telecommunications Union (ITU) Q14 eHealth Working Group and a Member of European Technology Platform eMobility Application Working Group.

He is presently, undergoing a PhD research degree programme exploring policy and change management issues in the implementation and use of mobile/wireless telecommunications for enabling health services delivery and development in Africa.
He has been researching and practising in the area of eHealth/ICT for Development in the last five years. And has attended, published and presented in various national and international conferences on these topics.

He also has Diploma in Business Management from the Chartered Management Institute, England. His full qualifications are B.Ch.D, MSc, DDPHRCS (Eng), DipCMI, PgCert in Research.
He is an adjudicator for the West & East African regions. His association affiliation includes being a member International Society for Telemedicine and e-Health.

He is also a Registrant for the Council for Health Informatics Professionals; UK (Level 2) and a member NHS Faculty of Health Informatics, UK; member British Computer Society Health Informatics Forum and a member of International Society for Telemedicine and eHealth (Nigeria Division).
