·  Nominations are now opened and will be closed on 14 August 2009. 
·  A nomination form is posted on the website and is submitted on-line by the nominee or any other individual or company.  In the case where a nominee is not able to submit on-line, a nomination form can be sent via eMail or fax.
·  All information on the nomination form needs to be submitted in order for the nominee to be considered.
·  The nominee will receive a letter of confirmation regarding the nomination and will be requested to sign acceptance of the rules and confirmation of the basic criteria.  The letter will include detail regarding the adjudication process. 
·  Please ensure you enter the nominee in applicable CATEGORY.

·  The submission of CVs dates will be soon announced.
·  Nominees will receive a link to the submission form which is completed on-line. 
·  The submission form will be in the format of a CV and will be saved to a database which judges will have access to. 
·  Nominees, who fail to submit the CV after closing date, will be disqualified.

·  This will be done through an on-line adjudication process that will be conducted.
·  A panel of on-line judges will be given access to the submitted CVs and will score on-line.
·  The regional winners will be determined by a panel of on-line judges from the particular region scoring nominees from the region. 
·  The winners of each category in each region will automatically form the finalists for continental awards.

·  The face-to-face adjudication will take place from from the dates to be announced in Gauteng, South Africa.
·  All finalists will receive an invitation to the face-to-face interviews.
·  A panel of judges will conduct face-to-face interviews with finalists.
·  The judges’ scores are submitted the auditors to determine the winners.
·  Winners will be announced at the Gala Banquet in November 2009.
