  1. We are unable to confirm your table/seat until we are in receipt of payment for the full amount.
  2. Please note that cancellations must be received in writing 2 weeks before the event will be liable for 50% of the applicable fees. Cancellations thereafter will be liable for the full amount.
  3. No cancellations will be accepted after a confirmed client order/contract has been received .
  4. Payment terms are strictly 15 days from date of invoice.
  5. Should a table be reserved within 15 days prior to the gala African ICT Achievers Awards, payment in full is required immediately.
  6. Payment may be made via cheque or direct deposit
  7. All prices exclude VAT , if VAT not separately shown.
